Privacy policy

We use the information submitted through our forms only to handle and answer your inquiry, particularly about product availability and delivery. Our forms do not save your data in the website database.

Information we receive
We receive your company or full name, email address, optional phone number and message. A catalog inquiry also includes country, postal code and required quantity; an inquiry about a selected product includes its name, part number and identifier. Providing data is voluntary, but fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to submit and handle the inquiry. Do not send sensitive data or information unrelated to the inquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We answer product purchase inquiries and take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence, including contact with a company representative, is handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest is to respond and handle the matter. We do not use form data for newsletters, advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Email rather than a website database
The form sends your message to info@rockautomation.pl. The application does not create a customer database or save submissions in the website database. This does not mean that no data is stored: your inquiry and our replies are kept in email correspondence, and copies may exist in email service backups. Closing the website does not delete a sent email.
Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence while handling the matter and for no more than 12 months after it closes, meaning the last substantive reply concerning that matter. We then delete it from the mailbox, archive and trash. Deleted messages may remain in backups unavailable for day-to-day use until overwritten according to the provider’s backup cycle. If an inquiry leads to a contract or the law requires a particular record to be retained, necessary data is subject to separate rules and periods. Who can access the data
Access is limited to people authorised to handle inquiries and hosting and email providers to the extent needed to operate their services. The website is hosted by LH.pl. We do not sell form data or share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Data portability applies in the circumstances set out in Article 20 GDPR. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Send requests to info@rockautomation.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl) or the competent supervisory authority in the EU.
Browser and external services
The website remembers your language and list/tile preference in browser localStorage. It does not store form entries there. You can remove these preferences by clearing the website data in your browser. The hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as IP address, request time and browser information, in logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Map and product images
The embedded Google map and product images loaded from external servers connect your browser to their providers. These providers receive technical request data, including your IP address. Google may use its own cookies and process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with its privacy policies. Form fields are not sent to the map.
